i switched auto insurance policies from Liberty Mutual to State Farm Insurance. i just stopped paying my? Liberty Mutual Insurance after I was officially covered by State Farm. What bank does Liberty Mutual Group use in the state of MA? I use Liberty Mutual for my auto insurance. My vehicle was recently declared a total total loss and they are sending out my insurance check today. Is it legal in New York State for an insurance company to add someone to the policy retroactively? Got in a car accident. Have liberty mutual.? I just got in a car accident. Someone was turning into a plaza and stopped too quick, I swerved out of the way and scraped the side of another car. Not major damage, just scraped the back left side of the other cars bumper. I wouldn't talk to the other driver, I was too nervous! Neither of us got a ticket. Is Liberty Mutual a steady income environment? I've been offered a position as an agent working for Liberty Mutual. They said that I would have to get certification as an agent in this state before I could get hired. Insurance deductible- how can I not pay? Ok so here is the thing. A guy backed out onto be in a parking lot and hit my driver side back door, wheel, and bumper causing 5000 dollars in damage. I'm in NY> ok so, now i'm gonna file under my insurance for the sake of TIME and pay the 1000$ deductible if need be, and then since he IS at fault, let them go after his insurance company. OK so the question is; my car is now no longer under the manafucturer warranty, is there anyway I can tell the ford auto body shop - a liberty mutual insurance company preferred shop; to put non oem parts on my car (like the door and bumper) and take the money they save from that and apply it towards my deductible? I have a small whole life Liberty Mutual policy. Can I cash any of it out? I work at a bank and we were trying to get our life insurance sales up so I signed up. An insurance company just called me about a wreck that I know nothing about.? I received a phone call from Liberty Mutual Insurance earlier this week and just got the message on my voicemail. The following is a transcript directly from the message. She greeted me by my name so she did not call the wrong number. "I'm calling regarding medical bills that we received from you for an accident occurring on October 26, 2008. I don't find a claim set up for these bills. If you could please give me a call and let me know if this is an automobile accident that you filed with Liberty Mutual and if you're insured with Liberty Mutual or if the person you had the accident with had insurance with Liberty Mutual. I need a claim number and a policy number. If a claim number has not been setup then we need to setup a claim so I will need information regarding how the accident happened. Thank you. Ok, I have not had an accident in over three years and I have never had any dealings with Liberty Mutual. I'm single so there is no one else on my own insurance policy; but once again I have never had ANY dealings with Liberty or an accident as of late. Anybody have any idea on what the heck happened? Can I share my dad's car insurance in a different state? I am under my dad's car insurance plan. He lives in NY and I recently moved to Florida. Can I remain in his plan? Insurance: Collision, or Other Than Collision (OTC)? Recently my son's car was damaged while parked. The insurance company (Liberty Mutual) sent a representative to evaluate the damage and referred him to a particular body shop. Today we received a check, minus the $500 deductible for collision. My husband and I were under the impression that damage sustained to a parked car was considered OTC. It is, after all, not the owner's or driver's fault. Can anyone answer this? Thanks you.
Liberty Mutual is a Fraud! What do I do about this? I used to drive a 1994 Toyota 4runner which I had a coverage with Liberty Mutual. I requested a coverage that could fix another persons car but not mine because the monthly amount was too high for me to pay due to i had no driving record. After some months, I got a new car and requested over the phone that my coverage should be transfered. The new car is an Isuzu Rodeo and I told the agent over the phone to sign me up to a full coverage and he agreed and finally told me that my monthly pay will go from $137 which I used to pay in Toyota, would go to $155 dollars for the 1999 Isuzu Rodeo. I've been paying that amount for some time now and I had an accident on the 3rd of February 2009 which broke my front bumper and broke another person's one side back light cover. I called my insurance and reported the case to them and they sent me an agent to do the appresal. The appresal amount came to $1,116, and they told me that I would be getting my check in 3 days time. They called me on the second day to tell me that they discovered that i have an limited collision coverage on my car so therefore they won't fix my car. I asked them to explain and they told me that I signed up for a 50-50 coverage, which means they can only fix my car if am 50 percent less at fault. After so many aguements on the phone with them, now am seeking an advice from you on what to do about this issue, i need your help pls!!
I got a speeding ticket will my insurance go up? I got a speeding ticket today in Massachusetts. I am a resident. I was going 45 in a 30. The cop was not behind me but was driving towards me when he pulled me over. He didn't give an explanation just asked for my license and registration. I know I wasn't going 45 but prob 35-40 mph.
