does anyone know if that pro active acne stuff work on the comercials? I have ocassional breakouts and i have tried almost everything in the book. What suggestions are the best for clearing up acne? like home remidies... herbal stuff.... grass clipings? i have never heard of hat one before but 4 people has suggested it that it really works. Its a new one on me. any suggestions will be helpful. thanks

I've had oily skin and acne prone skin on my face since high school. I usually have small but noticeable outbreaks on my hairline, on my forehead and in the cheek areas, and lots of whiteheads in the nose. did pro-active (benzoyl peroxide) work for your acne? argg i need some help it's not that i have serious acne problems but it's just that no product seems to work for me. Thankfully, my zits are not that severe... I have tried neutrogena, aveda, clean&clear...etc (they all contain salicylic acid), but nothing have worked so far. So i'm thinking maybe salicylic acid is not a right treatment for me. So I ordered pro-active (which contains benzoyl peroxide)online but i'm not sure if i should really try it or not. I heard that it's pretty strong and causes irritation and stuff... and my skin is really really sensitive. I've seen many people who tried it and then got worse... so should i try pro-active or not? If it did work for any of you guys, how long did it take and what were some side effects? Pro-active vs. Neutrogena? (Or any other acne medication...)? I've already subscribed to Pro-active, but it dries out my skin like crazy. A lot of people recommended Neutrogena, but I'm afraid if I try it and it doesn't work, it'll take a long time to get my acne under control again.
