After a year my mother brought me to the Philippines and I was adopted by my immediate relative and was naturalized as a Filipino only to find out after 25 years the truth about my citizenship. I had in my possession all the necessary documents pertaining to my Italian citizenship. I had my birth as well as my baptismal certificate and a certification from national illnesses insurance institute. What is the general consensus on the new Australian citizenship test? As a proud, patriotic Australian, I am glad to see some sort of test for citizenship. Essentially, I just want to hear what people think; from Australians to people who aren't Australian. What questions would Australians like to see on the test? I, personally, would like to see a chronological history of AC/DC albums : P.

What's up with the new bill allowing citizenship to illegals who join the military? This is an excellent idea for legal immigrants from Latin Ameria. This is suicide in any country to have an illiterate Armed Forces. I am a veteran; there is absolutely no time to teach English 101 when you are being trained for combat. Also, they will join by the thousands and will be the future leaders of the USA military. Who will we be able to beat, Haiti? Again, the politicians refuse to listen to the folk due to self interests from every level. The new bill also gives free citizenship for any illegal who has at least two years of college. Hello, I live in El Paso. The majority of the students are from Mexico. Just this city alone can grant over sixty thousand citizenship a year based on that bill. They are trying to outsmart the masses. First the Mexican Truck Drivers and now this. I smell a rat or is it La Raza?
